Not had TV services since 31/07/15. Box just keeps rebooting. Told that this is a national problem. What a nonsense of a service. A couple of weeks ago my broadband was down. Seriously considering switching to SKY or BT.

I have carried out some initial checks, and signal/power level wise all looks fine from here. I have checked to see if there's anything in your area and at present there isn't.
If the fault is still present, let me know and I'll get this sorted for you.
