3 weeks and I still not setup

Hi,

I closed my account with Sky and I changed my provider to Virgin, I was so excited about having the 50Mbs fiber and Tivo TV, however 3 weeks now and I am still not using my internet or my TV. The enbineer arrived at my place and they didn't install the socket for me because they said we didn't bring enough cable???? the only socket installed is in the first floor in my baby room : how can I use my TV and my internet in my baby room??? I asked to install the socket in the living room and I am still waiting for them.

Honestly I start regretting ending my contract with Sky and if the situation will stay the same again I amy look living Virgin unfortunately

I just wanted to pop by and see how things are today?

I'm sorry to hear that we couldn't get your services working on the day of installation.  this isn't the start we'd hope for.
