Ever since I had virgin installed, the TiVo box has had 3 green flashing lights and randomly restarts multiple times a day. I've just put up with this due to being busy, but now the controller doesn't work and when trying to use any of the buttons on the box, it will just restart. I can do literally nothing now. Can I arrange an engineer visit without having to call as this is not an option right now?

I am sorry to learn about the TiVo restarting throughout the day, this is never fun. I can see that there is an SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) fault existing on all services in the home:-
