[Latest Update Click Here - 23-11-2012 18:43]
We know some of you are still having issues when trying to watch streamed videos such as YouTube and via the BBC iPlayer.
We want to reassure you that we’re working with the utmost urgency to resolve these issues.
We have already made a number of changes to re-route traffic and are bringing online further capacity to resolve these issues as quickly as we possibly can.
Additional capacity is expected to be deployed over the next few days to improve performance of streamed content online, and this will be followed by a large programme of upgrades to improve content delivery yet further.
We are sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused our customers and we are focused on fully resolving these issues as quickly as possible.
Thanks

Note: If you’re seeing slow speeds or you have issues other than intermittent buffering can you please start a new thread.

Glad your looking into it.
Basicly, I can't watch any video through my normal VM connection on YouTube.... Play...STOP.....Buffer....Buffer...........Buffer.
Am now beyond annoyed with this.
You have my connection details.
Thanks,
