Slow speed

OK after a 30 min. Conversion on the phone to virgin tech team telling me the usage in my area is at 99%, telling me that everyone downloading at at there full speed 100Mb or 200Mb is restricting my speeds to less then 6Mb download but 6+ upload . **bleep** is wrong with you. Why take customers money on broken promises if you can't deliver. Currently paying for 100Mb connection and getting.
