Planned Broadband Outages

Very simple - is there somewhere, online, where I can search my postcode searching for planned Virgin outages….? 

my colleagues and I work remotely, but geographically close by…some have received letters about a planned outage in June, some (myself) have not.

If there is a planned outage in a particular area then it may only affect a few locations served by the same cabinet.

I don't know if it has changed since but the planned outage number according to the last letter  I received (a couple of years ago) was 0800 052 2137

Go into the service status via this Link using the website (it doesn't work on the app for some reason). After putting your postcode & account name in, any planned maintenance in the next week or so will show up as a clickable link on the page. Unfortunately I don't have a screen cap of it, but it is usually in small print & is easily missed.
