tv anywhere

Unable to watch bt sports on a second iPad , fault message reads check TiVo connection to Internet but can watch standard tv channels no problem,please help

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great to have you involved in the Community Smiley Happy 

 

I'm sorry to hear that the second iPad isn't allowing you to watch BT Sports. 

 

As the 1st device is working, this rules out the issue being account related and more to do with the device itself. 

 

Try refreshing the registration. It's easy to do though so don't worry. 

 
Using a PC/Laptop go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings.
 
Remove the iPad registration by clicking on the Delete button. 
 
Once you've done this, using the 2nd iPad you are trying to re-register, open up the TV Anywhere app and log in. Try to stream Channel 4 and this should then prompt you to register the device. 
 
Follow the prompts on the app and this will register the device for you and streaming will then commence Smiley Happy
