registered devices error - Skysports

Hi, I am having problems with Sky Sports 1,2,3 and 4. An error message appears when I log in through the Sky Sports website "you have reached the limit for registered devices. Please visit your service provider to manage your devices. [s:266 / c:1110 /  t:6024 / c:4110]."

This is definately an error as it is fine watching tv through the virgin website. I have un-registered and then re-registered and its still not working.

Any advice on how to fix this ?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great to have you involved in the Community. 

 

The TV Anywhere and Sky platforms are separate and therefore not synced so any changes made to one, also need to be made to the other. 
 
You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports. 
 
Once here remove one of the devices you no longer want registered to free up a slot for the current device you want registered.
