iv'e installed virgin any were app but my tivo box is not recognized id want to change the IP address on the tivo from the existing one the message i get is my default IP address is being used by other equipment and i should try to allocate
a different IP address for my two tivo boxes

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with this.
The way TV Anywhere is designed is so it works with the standard set up. If you choose to change the settings and ip address settings then we're not able to really help get things working.
I would put everything back to default and start again.
Rebooting the TiVo® should help resolve this error message once things are set back to default.
