I have no great interest in using TVA to watch programmes but, when it was first released, I thought that it would be a useful tool to set up recordings.
I should have known better.
Today, as has been the case more often than not (they sometimes fix it and then screw it up again shortly afterwards), it is a waste of time. Not only can it not set my location correctly, despite the fact that I am logged in, but even when I set the correct location, Scotland, it cannot get my channels right.
The listings for BBC 1 (101) are for the North of England, my local news is apparently Look East:West, it is the same for BBC 2 (102) and BBC 1 HD (108) is also wrong.
This has been going on for years, how difficult is it to get it right? Perhaps VM could dedicate some of my price increase to making the required changes to the code. I am sure that a half-competent programmer could correct this in minutes.
So how about it VM?
Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team). ¡No Pasarán!
