TV anywhere

Despite recently using TV anywhere on this device, when I signed in today it said i had reached my limit for devices. I then checked and showed a device change today which i did not make

Hi Noel61,

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

The first thing we need to establish is, is there anyone else in the property that knows the Primary details that could have changed the device over? If not the first course of action would be to reset your password. 

 

Log into My Virgin Media here: http://virg.co/myVM

Click on My Profile and then change password. 

 

Once this is done you can head over to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings

 

Once here, remove the device you don't want registered to make room for the device you do want to use. Once you have a free slot, use the device to attempt to stream Channel 4. This will prompt you to re register the device.
