TV Anywhere issues again!

I am disgusted with Virgins respnse once again when this "Free Service" namely TV Anywhere having failed again and again Virgin appear to just ignore the fact that itvis advertised as part of the package you pay for every month. The updates being supplied appear to be the normsl stock answer as per the last issue a few moths ago. It has been nearly fixed for the past three days with the time just being advanced to suit when your repair fails. I will be moving to another supplier of broadband and tv services as you do not appear to be bothered that you are failing to provide what is a expensive package. £50 with Sky seems to be fair when its frozen for two years. Bye bye Virgin
