I am a regular user of TV Anywhere app and it has suddenly stopped working three days back. Keeps asking me to sign in and when it does eventually sign in after a long pause says there is an error at the moment. All was working fine and I rely heavily on the app.
Virgin media has been awful in the recent past, with issues on my telephone line taking up an year to resolve, and an engineer turning up a month after the scheduled appointment, and now this. The support team isn't anywhere to be seen leaving us customers to solve our own problems through communities, well played!!!
