I am new to Virgin Media but beginning to wonder if I made the right decision.
I seem unable on two different Mac's to access sky movie & sport channels. I get the silverlight error and then I get a t:6038/c:4110 error.
I have updated silverlight to the latest version
I have made sure the "enable application" button is ticked in Silverlight preferences.
I have cleared any references to sky, sky go etc
I have deleted and reloaded silverlight
I have tried two different mac's, one with OSX 10.9.5 & Safari 7.1.5, and one with 10.8.5 and Safari 6.2.4
Neither of my machines seem to have registered as active devices on my Virgin Anywhere profile, which shows two empty slots.
I can also see many other references on these forums to similar issues, but no solutions once folks have tried the above.
Any suggestions on how to progress?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue registering your devices for use with the Sky websites.
The major and most simplest cause we've found to this is having your cookies set to Allow. Change this to Always and this should resolve the fault you are having.
Do you get any issues when using TV Anywhere site?
