Rights restrictions on new laptop - but not on phone

Hi all.

Finally got TV anywhere working on my HP laptop and S3 phone, then the hard drive on the laptop went kaput

Bought a shiny new Asus transformer i7 lappy, installed IE as the browser. When i went to tv anywhere it told me it was not supported, and would not even load the sign in page. Installed Firefox this let me sign in.

In my watch now, I have a number of channels missing, most notably BBC 1 and 2. Other channels say that there are rights issues at the point of the channel playing. Sky and iplayer work fine.

The strange thing is, on my Samsung S3 phone, all channels appear and work fine.

What can I do?

Regards Bob.

Re: Rights restrictions on new laptop - but not on phone

Hi Stuntkiteb,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums.

I'm afraid there isn't much you can do. The device you are using isn't supported due to it being a laptop plus a tablet.

Rights restrictions mean this device won't work. You can still use TV Anywhere via a supported device such as your S3 which is why you're not have an issue with that.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

Thanks,
