Due to some issues with an old supehub and a faulty superhub when I upgraded to 150MHz I now have two old Virginmedia devices that I want to return.
Despite twice having phoned 150 and navigated my way painfully to get to talk to a human being by selecting the "I want to leave" options to request the return packaging I still have two devices and no packaging.
I don't see how it can be so difficult to get the necessary bag to me to be able to return the devices to you at your cost.
Please can someone at VM send me a prepaid return slip by personal message as a pdf by the end of this week.
If I don't get one the routers are going in the WEEE recycling bin at work as I am fed up with them taking up space in my house.
