Poor performance TV anywhere



What channel? ALL channels
What time and date? TODAY 23 June
What is happening? (buffering, repeating, not streaming at all) repeating and slight buffering
What Device are you using? iPad 
Are you using the App or Online version? App
If Online, What browser and version are you using? 
WiFi or Direct Ethernet cable? Wifi

really just feedback that in comparison to all other similar apps. I player, demand 5, Itv and 4, TV anywhere is very poor. 

This is a real shame because the amount that is accessible is good yet a 30 secs of stream is followed by blocking then a repeat/restart from the last point, word heard. It never used to happen so you must have a fix!

please note this is at home with good service to all other apps as mentioned above.
