Sorry to hear that you are unable to re-register your device.
When I checked your account, it is showing that you have one device change available. However Chrome is not a supported browser to use with TV Anywhere, it will work with Internet Explorer 9 or Firefox 3 and either Windows Vista, 7, 8 or 8.1.
Try to re-register the device again on one of these requirements and let me know how you get on.
