Broadband speed?

After monitoring my speed since January this year I have concluded that although I pay for 100Mbps, on average I get a quarter of this?

i telephoned customer support and my first experience was frustrating to say the least, I had an idiot reading from a script and had no idea in reality what to do. My third call however gave me some hope and after making some changes while hanging on the phone, the speed did in fact increase.

However, after a short 24 hours I am back down to 30Mbps so even this was short lived - What is going on with Virgin it seems to be getting worse!
