Hi all,
We've just launched our TV Anywhere service. You can view the PC version here: http://anywhere.virginmedia.com/
We're currently in the process of making sure everything is turned on, so the iOS application may take a few hours to appear on the App Store and any links may take an hour or so to fully work.

Could you please post the precise name of the iOS app. Is it simply,TV Anywhere... Or virgin media tv anywhere.... Or ???

It's not listing in the app store yet, as Kieren said it's going to take a while to show up.

It does update, but it takes a short while to do so.

It will change after awhile though, I think it waits until your tivo has connected to virgins servers before changing on the webpage.
