MAC filtering on Super Hub 3

I've just set up my new super hub and am trying to set up some MAC filtering to keep my son off line occasionally!!  I've set up the time restrictions I want for his devices but it all it seems to do is turn them off all the time rather than when I want them off.  Anybody got any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong - it all worked fine with the old router.

Also, anybody know how to change the name of a device - I've got a couple of things that come up as unkown.  I've changed the names on the home page, connected devices screen but it doesn't remember any of the changes.

Not impressed so far with my (less than) super hub!!!!
