I signed up for Vivid 200 and only getting an average of 95mbps. An engineer has been out to look at things because I had no internet last week and he concluded that i need new cabling. When I asked when this will be done i was told 3 to 4 weeks. Am i supposed to pay for slower broadband speeds than what i should be getting whilst I'm waiting for the new cable to be installed??? 3 to 4 weeks is a long time to be waiting for new cable.
