loosing internet

yes i have a fault number which has been ongoing for 18 months over low speeds


now all weekend we keep losing the internet the router just keeps going off one minute the lights are on the next all off, really beginning to lose patience with this service


even the trying to get into router takes ages then thats not loading properUntitled1.jpgUntitled3.jpg

Sorry to hear about the problems with your connection caused by an area fault, I know this can become quite frustrating. Checking your connection I can see fault: F004285391 is on-going and is being reviewed on the 5th April. I've also checked your connection aside of the fault and I don't see any cause for concern. Your power and SNR levels are fine and there's been no time-outs at all since your last reboot 5 days ago. Do you have the same problems if you're connected with an Ethernet cable?
