broad band 100mb

every evening when i am trying to play i have 120ms (ping)

frequently i got 30 ms, now...

We're trying to sort it out for you

In about 10 minutes we should have finished, so take a break and then restart your equipment and check to see if all is well. If there's still a problem, please get in touch with us.
 
and nothing helps, i got 100 megas speed and is ridiculous this virgin media.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow speeds and high pings, I know this is frustrating.

 

I can see that we have a fault on-going in your area right now. The ref is: F004831476 and it's due for review on the 15th Jan. This fault is responsible for reducing the speeds during peak time hours.
