Why is Virgin Broadband so poor

Had Virgin broadband 18 months ago and it worked fabulously well, came back 4 months ago and it is absolutely dreadful. After four months I've gone from 10mb to 50mb speed but I'm paying for 200mb, customer service seems a shambles so wish I'd stayed with Sky. Got drawn in by a promotion...if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with your broadband having some poor performance, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I have tested things from here and I noticed that there's a lot of time outs inside the Hubs logs. An engineer will need to attend in order to resolve this for you.
