Please advise when the very slow broadband speeds in W3 will be resolved. Issues experienced for the last two weeks across W3 6HB > W3 6EY > W3 6HR. Particular issues loading rich media, streaming video or using web apps. Unusable 95% of evenings. We also lost the landline connection before the slow evening speeds started. Landline still totally down.
Assume this is not the same issue from 2015 and 2016: F002989284?
Really sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting, I know just how frustrating this can be.
I've just taken a look at your connection and I have noticed there's a fault in your area which can be responsible for reducing speeds during peak time hours. The fault reference is F004977625 and it's due for review on the 12th April.
