Virgin speed lies.

Had a call from customer services today asking why I'm terminating my contract she was the third member of virgin staff I've had to explain to. She now tells me the reason Im having speed issues is that the superhub 2 that they supplied me last year
is the problem and I need the superhub 3.
I tried to explain that my area suffers from a "utilisation" issue which causes my speed to drop to 5mb from my so called 200 vivid but she wouldn't have any of it. Please try and talk to one another and get your facts right before ripping your customers off. Bye bye virgin
