I feel frustrated, paying for 50Mbs. It was promised that by November (Now) they would put 70Mbs. Now they say that by February, 2017?
Most of the time, as right now, I do not even reach 10Mbs, but prices have gone up. How much more do we have to suffer?

Really sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting, I know this is inconvenient.
I've checked your connection and noticed that we're currently working on a fault in your area under ref: F004488084 which is due for review on the 21st Dec.
This fault can cause reduced speeds, especially during peak time hours. This can be frustrating and I do apologise.
