Very Slow Broadband, not connecting

Has anyone else got problems with their broadband? 

Mine is going very slow and is often not connecting to websites. I can't even do a speed test because it keeps timing out.

What's going on with this??!!  I'm fed up of it.  We were without service the other week as they said they were upgrading things and they would b better afterwards but it's been worse ever since!!

Super speed broadband, that's a joke!!  I'm one very unhappy customer and I'm seriously considering removing myself from the contract as VM are not upholding their side of it.
