Throttled Speed - new connection

Morning All

Very old customer, way back from NTL days. Recently moved 2 weeks ago. Transferred 200mbs service to a quieter area, and for 10 days perfect stable broadband service. Well over 200mbs reliable download - peaking at 220 at all times of the day.

In past 72 hours, my service is all over the place. Cant get above 75 now. Phone VM and cant see a fault in the area. Several reboots and frequancy changes - but no improvement.

Any ideas guys?

Sorry to hear about the connection troubles you're having, I know it's frustrating.

Can I ask if you're using a wireless or a hard-wired connection? If you're using the wireless, you might need to just change your wireless channel as this will often improve the wireless performance.
