My internet has been slow for weeks now, my webmail keeps timing out and refusing to load, and when watching Amazon or Now TV I keep getting logged out and have to reconnect. I've just run a speed test and have upload and download speeds of less than 1 meg at the moment, which make most tasks unworkable. I've had a look at the know issues page and have seen a problem with Windows 10 but I'm running 7. I've run a diagnostic which didn't find any issues. What could be the problem?
