Over the past few weeks I have noticed a drop in speed. I am paying for the 'Up to 200MB' package, but recently receiving speeds on average of about 20mbs. I also experienced a few disconnections recently, which didn't happen before. The speed does not depend on time of day. The speed is similar on a wired and wireless connection.
Is there any maintenance that I am unaware of and can this be resolved asap?

I have tested the connection from here and I can see that your area cable seems to suffer some load issues, especially during the peak hours. We're planning to undertake some upgrades to parts of our external network in your area in order to combat this.
The upgrades will be to improve bandwidth and performance during the peak hours. The reference number for this is F004386261 and is currently scheduled for review around the end of April.
Thanks for your patience regarding this matter, I will need to pass your details on to another department for them to pick this up for you, but before I can do that I will need to confirm some security details as part of our process in doing so.
