Slow virgin everything

I have been getting progressively slower broadband, I am paying for 200 Mbps but getting less than 7mbps along with that I am having to wait a long time when changing channels or playing back recorded programs on my TiVo box with the amount of money I am paying the service is crap

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.


I can see from your first thread > help, that I mentioned that there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area. The review date is still showing as 14th December. 


Did you manage to complete speed tests whilst the Super Hub is in modem mode at all? If so can you post your results for me please.


In regards to the issue with the TiVo, can you post this within our TV boards and another colleague of mine will have a look into this for you.


I know this is frustrating and I would like to help as much as I can. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
