I'm getting very load speeds in the evenings and late nights, paying for upto 100MB and getting <10MB with a high ping.
I live in the B27 area of birmingham so not sure what area for virgin coverage that falls into.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be the issue/solution.
Tried restarting and resetting both routers, I have the superhub 2 running in modem mode attached to a asus router for QOS for gaming. I have tried running the computer off the superhub alone in normal mode too to no avail.
Problem only became noticeable a few weeks ago and not had any issues before apart from the one time the council dug up the road and pavement outside the drive and destroyed the cable.
Sorry to hear about your connection problems, I understand this is frustrating.
I've checked your connection and I can see that we're currently in the process of resolving an SNR issue in your area. It's raised under fault ref: F005092217 which we're hoping to be fixed on the 27th Feb. While this is on-going you might have a slow and intermittent connection.
Would you please get back to us after the fault is resolved and let us know how you're getting on.
