Have checked the service status for my account and it does not show any problems for EN11 but the most I can get from a BB test is 4.61mb (download) and 8.5mb (upload). I am on you 150mb so this is very disappointing.
My brother who lives on the other side of the town has the same problem?
I am paying for 150 so I would expect the speed to be a bit faster than what I am getting?
Any help would be appreciated as its getting very frustrating having web pages time out!
Sorry to hear that you're suffering with slow speeds, I know this is inconvenient.
I've checked your connection and I can see that we're in the process of working on a fault in your area. The ref is: F004833502 and it's due for review on the 15th Jan. This type of fault can be responsible for reducing the speeds during peak times (evenings and weekends) and to rectify this we need to undertake upgrades on the network to support the level of demand in your area.
