What is going on Virgin? You are rapidly becoming a joke when it comes to delivering service. Your TV package has been broken for 2 weeks and your 70MB broadband crawls along at 5MB in the evenings. I pay well over £100 a month for this?
I know you probably think otherwise but yes, we do still have choices.

In regards to the TV Package, do you mean upgrading on your account or there is an actual issue with the TV service itself?
With the broadband speeds, there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing the slow speeds you have been experiencing. The reference number is F004599865 and has a review date of 8th March.
