Poor speed in 200mbps packet.

Im feeling like back in Poland when my internet speed was 6mbps in 2004! because for last 7 days ive got only 6mbps maximum download speed after 4PM.

I made a complaint about low speeds at JULY 2016 and after that i received 4 messages with "delay" for next review at 01 Feb 2017!

This is big cruel joke. Fun fact is that ive paid FULL AMOUNT for monthly service for being able to use less than 5% of my allowance. I bought 200mbps, not 5!

Im WIRED connected to my HUB using cat.6 cable

How am I supposed to terminate my contract?
if i will received another message of SMALL LITTLE DELAY i will want to quit from VirginJoke.

Apologies for the poor connection you're experiencing, I know it's inconvenient.

 

I can see that we're working on a fault in your area under ref: F003599246 which is due for review on the 26th April. While this fault is on-going you might notice your speed is reduced especially during peak time hours.

 

I wish I had better news for you, please accept my apologies and let me know if you have any other questions.
