Poor service and communication

For some time now Virgin Media have been telling me that they are going to increase the speed of my broadband from 100 to 150. Wheni sign in to my account it still tells me that my speed increase is coming in January 2017. Trying not to be sarcastic but its now February, and on the basis that this speed increase has been coming on at least 2 other occasions i am getting a little cynical that this is ever likely to happen. What makes the matter worse its impossible to just send an email to a customer service advisor at Virgin Media to complain. By the time you follow evey link and sub menu on the websiteyou forgot why you are there. Come on Virgin get your act together.
