Hi - my broadband speed has been consistently poor for over a month - usually less than 1 meg. I'm starting to get really frustrated. Is there an issue with virgin in the Larbert area? Thanks,

Sorry to read you are experiencing slow broadband speeds. I know how frustrating this can be.
I've taken a look at your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine. There are no faults reported and the traffic on the network is running low, which is good.
Are you testing the speeds through a wired or wireless connection? If wireless can you try through wired to see if the speeds differ please?
Do you notice these speeds at all times of the day?
