No broadband connection SG7

Having had huge problems earlier this year with broadband outages we enjoyed a couple of months of uninterrupted service until yesterday. Broadband went down at 1pm on Tuesday and still isn't restored (as of 10am Wednesday 30th November). Service status on the web still reporting no known issues. Why isn't this information updated? The recorded phone message on 150 says service is "intermittent". It isn't intermittent, it is down. The chap I spoke to on the phone says there is a big problem and gave a fix date of 5th December. :-(

All I can say is thank god for the Three 4G network because that still seems to be working.

What is going on?

Thanks for posting! I am sorry to learn that your broadband has been down for a while, I apologise for any troubles incurred, I will do my very best to help resolve this for you.

I have run some diagnostics from here and I can see that there's a number of time outs inside the Hubs logs, an engineer will be required to attend in order to resolve this for you.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this booked and secured for you.
