Having had huge problems earlier this year with broadband outages we enjoyed a couple of months of uninterrupted service until yesterday. Broadband went down at 1pm on Tuesday and still isn't restored (as of 10am Wednesday 30th November). Service status on the web still reporting no known issues. Why isn't this information updated? The recorded phone message on 150 says service is "intermittent". It isn't intermittent, it is down. The chap I spoke to on the phone says there is a big problem and gave a fix date of 5th December. :-(
All I can say is thank god for the Three 4G network because that still seems to be working.
