New customer with a 200 meg package.Getting just 10 meg :-(

Hi, Ive just had a package with 200 meg service BB fitted on Saturday, but I'm getting just 10 meg at 6pm to 9pm. Tested with a cabled laptop.

  Ive had Virgin in the past in a different area of the UK and it was much faster then.

I just phoned up and I'm told there is overutilization in my area and its been like this since December. And it wont get sorted out till May the 10th.

The estate I live on has only just come online with Virgin about 4 weeks ago and the Virgin sales men have been very busy knocking on doors for new customers like myself.

I was really looking forward to coming back to Virgin and getting my 200 meg service back, but getting just 10 meg in the evening I cant cope with.

I'm now wondering if I should now just cancel the contract as I'm still in my 14 days. I really didn't want to do this. But the BB is just too slow at 10 meg :-(
