High latency Spikes and small dropped packets

Morning All 

i have noticed since i have setup my BQM that i am now seeing hiya than average latency spikes and up to 5% dropped packets.

Ignore the 2am as i have all kit reboot at 2am.

I can still pull speed tests of 650mb but i do notice latency online gaming
Tech support just fob me off with we are sending some signals to the hub and it should fix it.

my other line (non virgin media)sits at max 15ms latency and zero dropped packets

Its like VM can only do two options should the packet loss at 12-5pm be the cause

low latency but some packet loss (at upstream load) which in gaming is no good acks like latency/jitter

or

high latency (at upstream load) and no packet loss which in gaming is no good being latency/jitter

your average latency is fine the thing to look for is your low latency to max latency you want that to be close together.
