I have suffered this Hugh Utilization issue since August 2016. Been told slow speeds be experienced during the evenings but that's not true! I have had not internet at all during some periods. The date of fix has moved a number of times and now to 25 Jan 2017. Wrote to the CEO (btw - he's not interested) and was basically told I can leave and cancellation charge won't be applied. Only being refunded £7.50 a month. Now will be referring the issue to CISAS. VM refuse to proactively provide information as I was told the issue only affect a a small number of customers. Not true according to Twitter and messages on this forum.
