I'm afraid I am not happy. I am getting over 100ms and a drop in mb/s from the 100 I pay for, to around 20mb/s every evening this week - which is the only time I actually need it to be reliable.
It is the latency which bothers me as I am excluded from certain online games which require quick responses.
I am in area 20, nothing in my setup has changed and I use wired connections.
I have seen others in area 20 posting the same thing.
Please fix this Virgin as I will vote with my feet if this does not improve soon.

I've checked the specific network cable that you're connected to and I've not been able to find any issues directly impacting your service at the moment.
There are, however, power levels that are out of spec via your equipment and I'd like to arrange for one of our field engineers to come out and take a look at this for you.
