It's Tuesday evening and yet again I'm suffering from really slow internet speeds. I'm paying for vivid 200mb, but this evening like all evenings now I'm struggling to get past 5mb. It's 2017 and I'm struggling to stream a movie, work on my laptop, and even load pages on google.
Can this be fixed please. I assume it's an 'over demand' issue looking at other posts but it doesn't excuse the issue, especially when I live on a new housing estate where virgin laid cables as part of the build plan so high demand must have been expected.
