Is anyone else suffering major drops in BB speed at peak times in the DY8 area?
Since about September 2016 the speed has dropped at peak times to such an extent that we can't even watch Amazon Prime without insufficent bandwidth messages interrupting our viewing.
We went through similar issues a couple of years ago and it took nearly 18 months to fix. I fear I am facing another 18 months of broken VM promises about when a fix will be put in place and having to wait for council to grant permissions to change some box somewhere on the street.
For anyone in DY* on Virgin Media - F003864632 - their review date is April 2017. Until then we're xxxxxx if we actually want to use broadband in the evenings... and the Mumbai call centre can only tell us to ring CS during UK office hours.
