Constantly dropping connection

Can anyone on the forum team tell me if Virgin Media have a serious problem in the WA9 area?
Because for the last 2 weeks we have been experiencing a drop of connection at least 4/5 times a night.

This came after a relatively stable period of about 3 weeks, which had followed an absolutely awful period of around 9 months.

At the end of the awful period we were told that Virgin had increased its capacity to meet an unprecedented increase in demand in the area. Which seemed to have been at the detriment of anyone already using your service.

Now it's started dropping off again it makes me question whether it was actually a bit of a fib that I've been told. And if that's the case do I want to be dealing with a company that treats its customers like that?

Someone please tell me what is going on...........
