Broadband, slow and overpriced

following on from my previous email, you would be able to identify from your system the number of times I've contacted VM regarding the low speed of my broadband service which should be giving me around 50mb and I'm getting 10-12 Mb in my loft. I've tried a boaster and it makes no difference at all. 

 I have lost confidence in VM to deliver my broadband service and will be looking to change suppliers soon. It's embarrassing really, for a company which talks about being

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know that your connection is slow as you're only getting 10 - 12 Mbps on a 50 Mbps connection. 


I have tested things from here and I can see that there's a lot of T3 time outs inside the Hubs logs and an engineer will be required to attend in order to resolve this for you.
