i have been having this problem for months now where my broadband speed just falls off a cliff during the evenings. The speed is fine during the day and from 1am at night when not one is using it but from 6pm something i am getting 25% or less than what i am paying for.
I have rang virgin several time and they just give you "We will have our team look at it" and nothing never happens.
It is becoming beyond a joke now as i could be paying a lot less for the 50mbps package and see the same speed.
This is a graph of my speed tests over the last month. It is all over the place
and this is what i am currently getting when typing this. No one else is using the internet and my PC is connected with a gigabit Ethernet connection.
