Now been down 11.5 hrs and useless tech team have no record Saying issue in my house so need to wait 7 days for eng. When you ask to escalate just put on hold for 15 mins before i hung up. Incompetance in action. To top it letter from mark davidson exec director say of it is not working by 5 call a number. Which closes at 5.
